Andrew Levitt and two friends set out to do something never done before—recreate all of the MacOS wallpapers. But capturing Catalina—a remote island off the coast of Southern California—would prove the ultimate challenge. After a windy ferry trip and an 8-hour hike across the island, the trio lifted a drone quietly into the air. This photograph is Levitt’s stunning capture of Catalina.
